Rudra Yoga Training and Research Centre is an organization directed by Yogacharya V S Sudheer and Yogacharya Uma Sudheer since 1998. Our mission is to spread peace and strives to increase awareness and widespread adoption of yoga. We believe in the physical, mental and spiritual union through:

To inspire and make believe the community about the oneness in all existence and to get rid of egoism. We invite the folks all around to discover the magic of human body, mind and soul through comprehensive yoga instructions- from beginner to advanced- proper breathing, relaxation, diet and meditation.

*ASANA:

The third limb of yoga is asana or posture. A steady and pleasant posture produces mental equilibrium and prevents fickleness of mind. Asanas are not merely gymnastic exercises; they are postures. Patanjali Maharshi defines that “Sthirasukham Asanam”. Any steady, comfortable posture is Asana. We teach basic asanas and their variations.

*PRANAYAMA:

Pranayama is the science of breathe. In other words, it is the control of mind through breathing. Pranayama purifies the nadis. It is beneficial for lifestyle diseases like BP, Cholesterol, diabetes, asthma and mental diseases. Being established in asana and having control of the body pranayama should be practiced according to the instruction of the Guru.

*RELAXATION:

A relaxed body and mind functions more efficiently. In yoga it is the nature’s way of recharging. It helps to store energy. It is necessary for good health and peace of mind. Without proper relaxation the body and mind become overworked and inefficient. Savasana is the physical, mental and spiritual relaxation.

*DIET:

Heavy food leads to Tamasic state and induces sleep only. A slight overloading in the stomach will upset meditation. The mind has direct connection with the gastric nerves of the stomach. You will feel great uneasiness in the Asana with a heavy stomach. So we encourage mitahara. Mitahara is moderation in food and drink.

CLASSES

Yoga therapy classes

Yoga therapy is the adaptation of yoga practices for people with health challenges. We prescribe specific regimens of postures, breathing exercises, diet and relaxation techniques to suit individual needs.

Classes for heart patients

It is possible to prevent or reverse heart diseases through practicing yoga. Reduces high blood pressure, improve symptoms of heart failure and enhance cardiac rehabilitation through a combination of breathing exercises, proper diet and gentle postures. It is possible to cure heart deceases through practicing yoga and controlling diet.

Classes for pregnant women

Yoga helps in ensuring easier labor and smooth delivery by relieving tension around the cervix and birth canal and by opening the pelvis. Certain yoga postures that put pressure on the abdomen and other difficult postures should not be done during the advance stages of pregnancy. We provide separate special classes for pregnant women.

Ladies only classes

It's critical when it's privacy matters, we have exclusive ladies only classes conducted by lady trainer. If you think a ladies only facility is a better option for you please ensure you are trained at our facility .

Kids and their vacation is always an opportunity for us to train them to face challenges in the future. Yoga is the best ever tool to realise the power of any individual, please give your loving kids an opportunity through our vacation classes.
