Today, from a single unit company, Rubco has grown into a Rs.280 crore conglomerate with well-diversified operations and a market presence extending beyond the boundaries of Kerala. Rubco manufactures and markets a variety of products from footwear to furniture, from virgin coconut oil to mats and mattresses. Rubco has also entered into technological alliances with world leaders in the respective fields, sourcing from them the latest in technology. Rubco Hawai Chappal Factory
Location: Industrial Growth Centre, Valiyavelicham, Kannur, India
A full-fledged unit for manufacturing Rubber Slippers has been commissioned and started production on 26th May, 1999. This unit manufactures both conventional and Ultra Light Weight models (manufacture under the renowned Malaysian Technology). Acclaimed as having the country’s most sophisticated machinery with a massive production capacity of 3.6 million pairs per annum.
Rubco Rubberised Coir Mattress Factory
Location: Pampady, Near Kottayam, Kerala, India
RUBCO’s Rubberized Coir Mattress division is an ambitious project realized with an investment of Rs.280 Millions. The manufacturing plant is among very few in the country to employ advanced Austrian Machinery, sourced from DOA, Austria.
The Unique feature of the main sheeting plant is that it facilitates Vertical Fibre Orientation (VFO), a process that results in a deeper penetration of latex into the sheet, making it very classic. This provides the mattress with uniform density throughout and an extra cushioning effect.

The company has the manufacturing facility with a total built up factory area of 2.75 lakh square feet with state-of-the-art machinery for manufacturing modern furniture under the brand name Rub Wood.
